The journey of İrfan Tezbiner, together with Tahsin Şahin, in 1991, which carried the Pineapple brand from Ankara to Marmaris, to Netsel Marina in its current location, has been continuing until today. As a result of the entrepreneurial spirit of İrfan Tezbiner, who has a tourism background, combined with the brave decisions of Tahsin Şahin, Pineapple Restaurant started to operate during the Gulf War.
Our bar, located on the upper floor, reflects the British pub culture that Abdullah Erençin, an award-winning architect, created still stands to this day as it is its’ first. Our restaurant, which is decorated with inspiration by maritime, with the quite a bit of interest of guests from the sea, and our cuisine, where we serve flavors from international gastronomy, have been preserved for more than 30 years at the marina.
Pineapple was acquired and renovated by Baysal Group Company in 2022 with the mission of “Respect the past, greet the future…” and kept the restaurants originality in preserving its historical texture, being host to three generations of guests in Marmaris.
